Michael P. Murphy, Founder and CEO, Rosecliff Ventures
Michael Murphy is Founder and CEO of Rosecliff Ventures. Mr. Murphys career as a financial services entrepreneur began over 20 years ago. Throughout his time in the financial services industry, he has developed insight into fundamental investing, private equity, long/short strategies and macro global economic trends. His past successes include; operating a long/short Hedge Fund, successfully growing a wealth management business, running a broker dealer, and working on various investment banking deals. Mr. Murphys experiences led him to launch the Investment firm, Rosecliff Capital, and most recently the Venture Capital Fund, Rosecliff Ventures. He serves as Founder and CEO of both institutions.
Mr. Murphy has been a successful angel investor for the past 7 years. He has played an active role in the success of many startups. It was his experience as an angel investor that lead to the launch of Rosecliff Ventures. Mr. Murphy was a CNBC contributor and has regularly appeared on the networks FastMoney segment, commenting on global macroeconomic trends, equities in the news and the latest market news. Currently, Mr. Murphy appears on FoxBusiness.
A native of New York, Mr. Murphy graduated from Hofstra University and the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. He currently lives in NYC with his wife and five children. Causes close to his heart include; The Frances Pope Memorial Foundation, the American Heart Association, and NYPD Boxing.

Jon Najarian, Co-Founder, NajarianFamilyOffice

Jon has earned a reputation in the financial industry as an options trading expert and pioneer. He developed and patented trading applications and algorithms used to identify unusual activity in stock, options, and futures markets. optionMONSTER, the options news and education site he co-founded, was described by Securities Industry News as "content king of the options business". For years, tradeMONSTER was consistently rated “Best for Options Traders” by Barron’s and was the first online broker to deploy streaming, desktop-like trading in a web browser.

In 2016 Jon and Pete co-founded Najarian Advisors, a company advising institutional investors on options strategies. Also, the brothers invest in and work with start-ups via Rebellion Partners, a venture consulting firm they launched in 2015.

Jon can be seen weekly on CNBC, where he is cast member of the "Halftime Report" and the "Fast Money" show. He is also the feature of the "DRJ Report" on CBOE-TV, the exchange’s popular webcast.

The Hon. Jamahl S. Simmons, JP, MP, Minister of Economic Development and Tourism

The Hon. Jamahl Snaith Simmons is the son of former Progressive Labour Party Parliamentarian Lionel D. Simmons and "The Bermuda Cookbook" author Cecille Snaith. He grew up in Somerset, Bermuda and attended West End Primary School, later attending the Berkeley Institute and Kent's Hill School in Maine. He studied Political Science at Howard University in Washington DC and returned to Bermuda in 1997, beginning a career in broadcast journalism. In 1998 he received a Bermuda Gold Award for Bermuda's Best Sportscaster.
Jamahl Simmons was elected to Parliament for the constituency of Pembroke West on February 7, 2002 in a by-election. In 2002 he received a Bermuda Gold Award for "Political Coup," after being elected as Bermuda's then youngest MP. Mr. Simmons was re-elected in the 2003 General Election with an increased majority.
Jamahl Simmons did not seek re-election in the 2007 General Election and in February 2008, was appointed to serve as Chief of Staff to the then Premier of Bermuda, Dr. The Honorable Ewart F. Brown JP, MP. In February 2010, he was appointed to the post of Press Secretary to the Premier, serving in that post until the conclusion of Premier Brown's term in October 2010.
On November 18, 2014, Jamahl Simmons defeated the OBA's candidate in a bye-election returning the Sandys South Seat to the PLP for the first time since 2012.
Mr. Simmons is a Public Relations and Marketing professional with a wide a varied career, both in Bermuda and in the global arena, having worked in broadcasting, on several international political campaigns and as advisor to candidates, elected officials and businesses around the world. He also is a professional writer with articles published online for various entertainment websites. Jamahl Simmons is married to radio personality Sherri Johnson-Simmons host of The Sherri Simmons Show on Magic 102.7 and has two sons.

Tonesan Amissah, Partner, Funds and Investment Services, Appleby
Tonesan Amissah is a partner and member of the Corporate Finance team within the Corporate department. She joined Appleby as an associate in the Corporate and Commercial department in 1989 practising securities and funds work. She became a partner in 1998.

Tonesan has previously specialised in the formation and administration of corporate vehicles including local, exempted and permit companies and exempted general and limited partnerships. She also has a vast amount of expertise in reviewing and drafting a multitude of agreements and documentation for financing transactions.

Tonesan is recommended by Legal 500 Caribbean in which clients have stated that she gives '"sensible advice."

Pat Bolland, Media Consultant
Longtime business commentator Pat Bolland has been a business thought leader north and south of the border. Pat worked his way up in the investment industry from floor clerk on the Toronto Stock Exchange to VP with a top tier firm before moving into broadcasting. Pat’s been business editor at four major networks, currently Sun New Network on ‘AM Agenda’. He has parlayed his TV hosting skills into media training, corporate PR as well as hosting, moderating and webcasting for events and conferences. Not to mention a lot of lacrosse coaching. Despite all his business and sport acumen he’s best known as “the guy with the ‘stache”. Follow him at @patbolland.

Craig Bridgewater, Head of Investments & Banking, KPMG Bermuda
Craig has significant experience in US GAAP and IFRS for alternative investment funds. He also provides services to various local operating companies.
He was the Financial Controller at Orbis Investment Management Limited and an Assistant Manager with one of the other ‘Big Four’ firms in Bermuda.
Craig completed a 16-month secondment to KPMG in Chicago, where he worked in the financial services practice.
He is the Chairman of the Governing Board of The Berkeley Institute.

Bobby Brown, Institutional Business Development, Rockefeller & Co.,Inc.
Braynard “Bobby” Brown was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He is the youngest of 5 children. After having a standout high school sports career, in which he was an All-American, All-State and All-County athlete at various times in three different sports, he chose to play football at the University of Notre Dame. At Notre Dame, Bobby was a three year starter on the football team. He led the team in various receiving categories during each of the three seasons as a starter. Bobby was also a sprinter on the Notre Dame Track & Field team. At the Big East conference championship meet, Bobby broke Notre Dame Track & Field’s indoor 400 meter record. Bobby graduated with a triple major and a minor from Notre Dame. Bobby then pursued his dream of playing in the NFL and was signed by the Green Bay Packers. Bobby would go on to spend two seasons with the Cleveland Browns. Bobby then returned to Notre Dame to attend law school. After graduating from Notre Dame Law School, Bobby took and passed both the New York and New Jersey bar examinations and began his legal career at a prestigious northern New Jersey law firm. Bobby practiced law for a few years before deciding to obtain his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Bobby attended Yale School of Management for his MBA and graduated with distinction in specific course areas. Bobby then worked as a sales & trading associate for a large broker-dealer. A few years later, Bobby decided to move to the buy-side of Wall Street and now works on the asset management team at Rockefeller & Co., which has about $16 billion assets under management. Bobby spends his spare time as an adjunct professor teaching undergraduate and graduate law and business courses at both Montclair State University (Contract Law, Entertainment Law, and Corporations & Partnerships) and Mercy College (Finance & Marketing in Sports, Corporate Finance, and Sports Management). In addition, Bobby still manages his own law practice and handles contracts and sports & entertainment matters for his clients. Bobby is on the national board of the I Have a Dream Foundation and is an active member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

Brian Desmond, Chief Strategy Officer, Executive Vice President & Head of Fund Services, Horseshoe Group
Brian Desmond is Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), Executive Vice President and Head of Fund Services at the Horseshoe Group (the Group).
As CSO, with the support of Horseshoe’s executive management team, Brian is responsible for developing and executing Horseshoe’s corporate strategic initiatives. Brian also leads the Group’s fund administration company, Horseshoe Fund Services Ltd. (HFSL) and is responsible for operations, product development, technology, and overall operations strategy.
Brian was one of the principal founders, a director and COO/CFO of HFSL (formally IKONIC Fund Services Ltd) which was acquired by the Group in 2016. HFSL product offering specializes in hedge funds, fund of hedge funds, private equity funds and ILS funds.
Prior to setting up HFSL, Brian was the Bermuda Country Head at Citigroup Fund Services (Bermuda) Ltd. where he gained extensive experience in fund administration and was responsible for overseeing the fund administration for global clients. He was also responsible for managing all new client implementations and for establishing standards, controls and procedures for all North American operations.
Prior to joining Citigroup, Brian worked as an audit senior in the investment group of Ernst & Young.

James Dockeray, Tax Partner, Deloitte Ltd.
James is a US Tax Partner in the Bermuda office and is also the Tax Leader of the Caribbean and Bermuda Cluster which covers offices in seven countries. He has gained valuable experience over the past 20 years serving the financial services industry in Canada, Bermuda, BVI, Europe and the United States with over 17 years focused in the Global and Bermuda reinsurance and asset management marketplace.
He has written numerous articles on US international tax issues covering FATCA, developments in the Insurance Linked Securities market and various issues affecting the (re)insurance and alternative investment industry(s). James has worked with numerous Bermuda, US and European based global investment managers, commercial (re)insurers and captives. James has advised clients on cross border transactions, business and financing structures and assisted clients with US and foreign tax reporting requirements.
James has also worked as the Vice President, Taxation for a large alternative asset management company located in Denver, Colorado.

Jonathan Dunlop, Vice President, Trust Services, Butterfield Trust, Bermuda
Jonathan has been in the Financial Services Industry since 1994. He began his career in Toronto, Canada. He moved to Bermuda in July 2000.
Jonathan's academic qualifications include the Canadian Securities Course, Canadian Investment Management (CIM) level one, a Personal Financial Planning (PFP) designation, completion of the Canadian Bankers Institute trust qualifications, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) International Trust Management Diploma with Distinction (Dip(ITM)), and most recently the Manchester Business School Masters of Business Administration (MBA) for Wealth Managers, Fiduciaries and Trustees. He also has an undergraduate degree in English (BA) from the University of Western Ontario.
Jonathan is the retired Chair of STEP Bermuda, and still sits on Board the as Vice-Chair. He also Heads the Bermuda Business Development Associations (BDA) Trust Advisory Committee.
Presently, Jonathan manages select key client relationships for Butterfield Trust (Bermuda) Limited where he also directs its business development efforts by providing solutions to Wealthy Families through trust companies in The Bahamas, Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, Guernsey, New Zealand and Switzerland.

Pierre duPont, Partner, HPM Partners LLC
Pierre is a private investor, an entrepreneur, a corporate growth advisor, and the father of four college-age children. He is also a partner at HPM Partners, a multi-family office.
As a member of two large, historic business families, Pierre often consults to owners of businesses on their growth strategies, M&A, financing, liquidity, wealth management, cross-border/multi-national issues, estate planning and tax strategies; and he works with multi-generational families and inheritors on family dynamics, trusts, business-ownership, charitable endeavours, family charters and youth education.
Before HPM Partners, Pierre was at Two Sigma Investments, where he raised capital for the firm's quant hedge funds and he invested capital in private deals in Mainland China and elsewhere. Previously he was an entrepreneur, co-founding three software companies resulting in one IPO in 1993 and one acquisition that led to an IPO in 2010. He has been a private investor and mentor to small and mid-sized companies many times over the past twenty years. After getting a BScE at Princeton in 1982, Pierre started his career at Bolt, Beranek & Newman (BBN) as a research scientist and software engineer in computational linguistics, parallel processing, and statistical data analysis.
Pierre is a Member of the Economic Club of New York; on the Management Committee of the New York Hedge Fund Roundtable; on the Advisory Board of the Center on Business and Poverty at the University of Wisconsin-Madison; on the Impact Council of Boundless Impact Investing; a mentor for the Princeton Entrepreneurship Council and the Bendheim Center for Financial Engineering; and is the Treasurer of the North Haven Casino Yacht Club.

Bobby Eng, Vice President, Head of SPDR ETF Business Development - Canada, State Street Global Advisors
Bobby is a Vice President at State Street Global Advisors, Ltd. and Head of SPDR ETF Business Development for Canada. Bobby focuses on the distribution of SPDR ETFs to institutional investors throughout Canada including pension plans, endowments, foundations, insurance companies, investment consultants, asset managers and banks.
Prior to this role, Bobby spent over 3 years at First Trust Portfolios Canada as Senior Vice President and Head of Sales responsible for overall sales and distribution. Bobby also spent 10 years at Blackrock Asset Management most recently as Director & Vice President, Head of National Accounts at Blackrock Asset Management responsible for asset managers and brokerage senior executive relationships. Bobby was instrumental in the success of the iShares, Exchange Traded Funds business in Canada being responsible for sales and business development across Canada. Bobby also held sales and relationship management roles at Fidelity Investments and National Bank of Canada.
Bobby holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Concordia University and holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation from the Investment Management Consultant Association (IMCA).

Neil Glass, Owner, WW Management
Neil Glass graduated from the University of Alberta in 1983 with a degree in Business and is a Member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Bermuda, the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta and the Institute of Directors. He has worked in numerous roles in Bermuda’s asset management industry since 1990. He currently serves as an independent director of numerous funds. From 2013 – 2016, he led the Bermuda Business Development Agency Asset Management Group, interfacing with senior members of the regulator, government and fund industry as they worked together to renew Bermuda’s asset management industry.

Kirill Gourov, Portfolio Manager & Head of Research, Full Node Capital
Kirill Gourov is the Portfolio Manager and Head of Research for Full Node Capital, a New York based hedge fund focusing on the digital currency space. He was previously the founder of CSquared, a blockchain strategy consulting firm focusing on the financial services industry. He also headed blockchain strategy at Expand Research, a subsidiary of The Boston Consulting Group. He has been actively involved in the Bitcoin community since early 2013 and published one of the earliest pieces on digital currency valuation. He is a graduate of Baruch College in New York City and is a CFA Charterholder.

Kevin Harris, Director, North America, Continuum Economics
Kevin Harris is a Director on the North America team. Prior to joining RGE, Kevin was the Treasury market product manager and chief economist for North America at Informa Global Markets. Before going to Informa, he worked as a Treasury market and foreign economist at Technical Data/IFR. Kevin also served as an economics officer with the U.S. Foreign Service, serving in Latin America and Europe, and also served in the Sinai Peninsula as a peace treaty observer. He earned a BA in economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Randall Krebs, Director, Harbour International Trust Company Limited
Randall Krebs has over 30 years of legal experience as a member of the Bermuda Bar Association, Law Society of Upper Canada and Law Society of Alberta. Randall has been practicing in Bermuda since 2004 and is currently a Director of Business Development for the Harbour Group of Companies. Prior to joining Harbour Randall was the head of Appleby Bermuda’s Private Client Legal Department, General Counsel of Meritus Trust, and the Founding Partner of Everett, Krebs LLP, a boutique insurance, tax (domestic & international) and business law firm in Canada.
Randall has considerable experience advising Family Offices, Settlors/Grantors, Beneficiaries, Families, Charities and others on private client structures, governance, successful succession strategies, philanthropy, CRS and FATCA, Trust reorganizations, and Private Trust Companies.
Randall is a member of the Bermuda Bar Association, Law Society of Upper Canada, Law Society of Alberta, Bermuda Association of Licensed Trustees, a Canadian Trade-mark Agent, Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the International Tax Planning Association and the Institute of Directors.

Stafford Lowe is a Co-Founder and CAO of DrumG Financial Technologies. DrumG is the first dedicated global Corda Enterprise application developer and operator, bringing business process and DLT expertise together to deliver commercial value.

  • Managing Director and Head of Human Capital Management for R3, responsible fora team of Recruitment and HR specialists covering 8 global R3 offices, growing the company’s global headcount to over 130 carefully selected full time employees across all divisions of the company.

  • Managing Director at Benchmark Solutions, a Warburg Pincus backed start-up in New York where he worked closely with the CEO, sat on the firm’s executive committee and reported to the board.

Richard Lowther, Chief Operating Officer, Hiscox Insurance Linked Strategies
Richard Lowther joined Hiscox Insurance Linked Strategies in early 2014 to help build-out the group’s ILS fund management platform in Bermuda. Richard has a unique understanding of the asset class and the structural requirements of an ILS fund manager that is aligned with a large global specialist reinsurer like Hiscox Re. In this role, he is responsible for helping with ILS product structuring, related processes and day-to-day operation of the group’s Kiskadee ILS Funds and managed accounts. Richard is actively involved in capital raising and business development for Hiscox ILS, which has seen assets under management grow to over USD 1 billion since launching in 2014. Prior to joining Hiscox ILS, Richard was the COO of Validus Re’s ILS platform, AlphaCat Managers Ltd since its formation in 2008. He has been involved in the Bermuda re/insurance market since moving to the island in 1998. Richard holds a CA/CPA designation and a BA in Economics.

Vitali Martiniouk, Security Consultant, KilSol
Mr. Martiniouk has over 20 years experience in Information Security. Vitali holds Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) designation and GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA).

He has assisted businesses and individuals in developing highly secure information technology (IT) setups that are tightly linked with their business strategies. His specialty is in Intrusion Forensics & Advanced Adversary Detection.

Sean Moran, Head of Business Development, Bermuda Business Development Agency
Sean Moran is Head of Business Development at the BDA, responsible for supervising the team of business development managers and coordinators. Sean joined the BDA as a Business Development Manager in August 2014. Sean has more than 20 years of financial services experience, including three years as vice president of Citi Hedge Fund Services for Citigroup, New York. Prior to Citi, Sean held senior roles with Butterfield Fulcrum Group as director of business development and with HSBC Alternative Fund Services as client relationship manager in New York and Hong Kong. Sean holds a BA (Hons) degree from Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario. Within the business development team at the BDA, he is also responsible for the agency’s Asset Management and Trust & Private Client sectors. He works with industry focus groups to create strategies to help businesses set up and grow in Bermuda.

Alison Morrison, Managing Director, Oyster Consulting
Alison has been involved in the financial services industry in Bermuda, Cayman and the British Virgin Islands for over 25 years. She has worked as a part of multi-national firms and has extensive experience in AML regulations, risk management, policy development, corporate governance, training, and operational compliance. Alison has developed and implemented policies and procedures to meet operational and regulatory requirements for multiple firms and is proficient in risk and compliance operations and project management. Alison began her career in the Corporate Trust Division of HSBC Bermuda (formerly The Bank of Bermuda Limited), and just prior to launching Oyster Consulting (Bermuda) Ltd, she was the Senior Vice President of Risk and Compliance at Citi Hedge Fund Services, Ltd.

F.L. (Ted) Morton, Senior Fellow, School of Public Policy, University of Calgary, Former Alberta Minister of Energy and Minister of Finance
Frederick (Ted) Morton was the Former Minister of Energy and Minister of Finance for Government of Alberta, 2010-12; Minister of Sustainable Resources Development, 2006-10 and Cabinet Minister/Treasury Board, 2006-12. He currently teaches graduate and undergraduate courses on Alberta Energy Politics at University of Calgary and School of Public Policy. Ted is a regular OpEd contributor to the National Post, Globe and Mail, and Calgary Herald on energy-related topics. He also speaks regularly on BNN and local Alberta television and radio. Ted is the Director of a junior oil and gas company--Yangarra Resources as well as a Board Member, Alberta Land Institute, University of Alberta and Board of Governors of the Council of Canadian Academies from 2013-2016. Over the past two years he has consulted with dozens of clients in Toronto, New York, Chicago, Houston and Boston on the Canadian energy sector and policy-risks posed by new governments in Ottawa, Edmonton and now Washington, D.C. Education: B.A. Colorado College (Phi Beta Kappa) and M.A. and Ph.D. (Political Economy) University of Toronto. Ted has been a Professor at the University of Calgary since 1981 and is a visiting professor at universities in the United States, France, Australia and Quebec.

Finn Poschmann, President and CEO, Atlantic Provinces Economic Council (APEC)
Finn Poschmann joined APEC as President and CEO in September 2015 after 17 years with the C.D Howe Institute, serving most recently as Vice President, Policy Analysis. He has worked in numerous areas within economics, including public finance and taxation, financial services and housing finance, federal-provincial relations, and competition law and regulatory policy. An award winning author, Mr. Poschmann has written or co-authored more than 50 peer reviewed studies, and penned countless columns for the National Post and The Globe and Mail. He has served on the Federal Advisory Panel on Canada's System of International Taxation.

Steven Rees Davies, Partner, Corporate, Appleby Bermuda
Steven Rees Davies is a partner within the Corporate department. He practises in the areas of corporate finance, capital markets, regulation and intellectual property, and has represented clients in a wide variety of cross jurisdictional corporate transactions and restructurings as well as private and public offerings, placements and introductions to the Bermuda, London and New York stock exchanges. He is also frequently involved in multinational joint ventures and private equity projects.
His Bermuda and international corporate and regulatory experience covers telecommunications, technology, pharmaceutical, energy, inter-governmental and software industry sectors as well as corporate governance and constitutional advisory work. Steven is particularly renowned for his technical expertise in the area of international regulation which extends to international treaties, tax information exchange agreements, FATCA and the Common Reporting Standard.

Jarion is the founding member and managing principal of Certainty. Ltd.
Prior to founding Certainty, Jarion was the Bermuda Compliance Manager for Appleby, the then-largest offshore legal and fiduciary services provider. He oversaw compliance- and government-related operations including 14-concurrent service lines with same-day deliverables and delivered compliance-related solutions and insights to clients.
Previously, he worked at the Bermuda Monetary Authority where he drafted methods used to determine a financial institution’s compliance with local AML obligations. He led onsite examinations of complex financial institutions in all sectors including banks, money service businesses, life insurance companies, investment business and funds.
Jarion holds three International Diplomas in Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering and Financial Crime Prevention and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist. He is a Fellow of the International Compliance Association and a Certified Professional.
He completed the Canadian Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre Compliance Officer Certifying Course (International Compliance Program) as well as the Anti Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism Course, facilitated by instructors from the US Federal Reserve Banks of Atlanta and Chicago and hosted by the Association of the Supervisors of Banks of the Americas and the Caribbean Group of Banking Supervisors. He was trained in designing and facilitating adult learning by Friesen, Kaye and Associates.
He completed duties in the Bermuda Police Service as a Detective Constable in the Intelligence Division. A consequence of which he holds practice certificates in several topics including investigative interviewing, surveillance, fraud detection, problem-oriented policing, project management and corporate practice.

Stephanie P. Sanderson, Partner, Corporate, BeesMont Law Limited
Stephanie Sanderson is a Partner in the Corporate Department at BeesMont Law Limited and practices in all areas of corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on investment funds, mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-organisations and cross-border transactions.
Stephanie’s practice also encompasses Bermuda international tax transparency law, corporate governance, compliance (including AML/ATF) and regulatory matters in addition to general corporate matters. She has been the Chairman of the Bermuda Industry/Government Joint Committee on FATCA and CRS, which also deals with OECD BEPS issues including country-by-country reporting, since 2015. Stephanie regularly advises multi-national companies and financial institutions on the application of automatic exchange of information regimes.
Stephanie obtained her LPC with Distinction from BPP Law School in the UK. She is a current Practicing Member of the Bermuda Bar.

Zachary Schwartz, President, ZSC Inc.
Zach is currently President of ZSC Inc., a Toronto-based advisory firm focused on affluent families and their businesses. In Zach’s previous role at an investment and insurance shop, he built and implemented a strategic partnership program. He was also involved with manager selection and portfolio analysis across asset classes. Zach was a founding member of Visionary Inc. in New York, where he remains an advisory partner.
Zach is involved with a number of charitable causes: He chaired the Upper Canada College Young Alumni Network and now sits on the Association Council; he is Co-Chair of the Weizmann League, which supports the Weizmann Institute in Rehovot, Israel; he is on the CAMH Young Professionals board; and, he is a member of the Canadian Abilities Foundation Campaign Council. Bob is of English-Scottish descent. Having spent several summers in Scotland as a boy, he fell in love with single malts at the age of 14. Since then he has visited 31 distilleries in Scotland and spoken at many seminars and conferences. Bob regularly attends scotch tasting events such as Whiskey Live and World of Whiskeys. He claims to have huge gaps in his single malt collection of 191 bottles. Macallan is a favourite.

Mila Tereshchenko, Royal Decor Master
Mila Tereshchenko who was born and raised in Ukraine and currently lives in Toronto is an author of textbooks and involved in furniture restoration and design of new furniture with historic finishing.
Mila is a highly educated visual artist and also is involved in educational programs all over Ontario, both in class and on-the-job. Mila develop and teaches from one-day workshops to 40-week full time programs.
